Ecumenism Rome

From the website of the Ecumenical Patriarchate:

“An official delegation of the Council of European Bishops Conferences of the Roman Catholic Church visited the Ecumenical Patriarchate and its Primate for the feast of the Sunday of Orthodoxy. They arrived on Saturday and were received by the Metropolitan of Prousis, Elpidophoros. The attended Divine Liturgy in the Patriarchal Cathedral on Sunday and were later spoke in private to the Ecumenical Patriarch.”

The Ecumenical Patriarchate also continued its ecumenist agenda in its “Fifth European Orthodox-Catholic Forum” this past February in Paris, France. This meeting was concluded by an “Ecumenical Doxology” (i.e. joint prayer service) led by the Ecumenical Patriarchate Metropolitan Emanuel of France, followed by a joint service with the Papist Auxiliary Bishop of Paris, Msg. Jerome Beau. The Ecumenical Patriarchate has shown no sign of abandoning its ecumenical ventures, as well as promoting the heretical Pseudo-Synod in Crete, which has led to widespread repudiation and non-commemoration of those accepting it.
