The ecclesiastical court held on September 17th (NS) / 4th (OS), on the case of Fr. Raphael Johnson was concluded this past Saturday.  The verdict of the court was to remove the defendant (the former Priest Raphael) from the Priesthood (i.e. deposition), and to consider him nothing more than a layman.  The “Proceedings and Conclusion of the Spiritual Court” can be found at the Metropolia website here.
