The GOC-K celebrated the 50th anniversary of the True Orthodox cathedral in Attica, Greece. The Divine Liturgy was celebrated to mark the milestone in True Orthodoxy in the region.

    Noticing in fotos of GOC churches the frequent presence of chairs in the congregation. Is this traditional?

      It may possibly be more modern. You do have, as I recall, tradition which allows there to be benches on the side of the church, or chairs on the side. I don’t know enough about this case. Pews though, seem to be absent.
