Moscow Patriarchate

By the Decree of Archbishop Tikhon of Omsk and Siberia, Chairman of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian True-Orthodox Church (RTOC), 12/25 June 2008, former secretary of the Anadyr and Chukotka Dioceses of Moscow Patriarchate, Hegumen Ilia (Empulev) was recieved from the Moscow Patriarchate. This Ordinance Archbishop Tikhon of Omsk and Siberia was approved by the Synod of Bishops RIPTS.

The Patriarchate has, as of the 27th, defrocked the Bishop of Chutotka and the deposed the secretary for “having gone into schism” two days before the punishment of his Bishop.
