Metropolitan Philaret Glorified in New York

(NFTU) Metropolitan Philaret (Voznesensky), the third First-Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad, was officially venerated during the vigil service at Holy Trinity Church, Astoria NY. Five hierarchs officiated at the glorification, and Bp Ambrose of Methone read a message of warm congratulations from Metr Cyprian of Oreoi, acting president of the Synod in Resistance.
