Breaking: Esphigmenou Vindicated?

The following is an Open Letter and has been written,  briefly and without full translation the letter says that:

Therefore, we are obliged and we implement the I. Rules of our Church, the Council’s Session, according to which we must stop the commemoration of all the Latin-minded heretics –  the Ecumenists. Thus necessarily we will discontinue commemoration of their names and all those who agree with them and consciously follow this teaching. Thus are the Athonite fathers are indicating their reaction to the Holy Synod to be held in about a month, and therefore wrote the following open letter.
