(ruschurchabroad.com) Today, November 21, 2009, New tonsured monastic, the Archpriest George (Kravets), named after New Martyr Metropolitan Kyrill of Kazan, the saint commorated on the day of his monastic tonsure, was consecrated as Bishop Kyrill of Voronesh and South Russia, at the ROCA Odessa Cathedral of St. Michael.
