May the Lord have mercy upon the soul of Met. Cyprian! I know most of us believed he was in a serious error with his teaching known popularly as ‘Cyprianism’. A ‘Kyrie eleison’, at the very least, though, can’t hurt his chances at the Judgment.

Euthymios

Sorry, no heretic will abide with the righteous. Metropolitan Cyprian died outside the true church and true faith.

Maybe he repented before he died? If he did, then God have mercy. If he didn’t, then, let us remember that we must repent, so we don’t share the same fate.
