(Suzdal – NFTU) According to the website of Hegumen Theophan of Suzdal, Archimandrite Andrei (Maklakov) of St Nicholas Parish, New Jersey has been made Bishop of the suburb of Pavlovskoe. He will be assigned as a vicar for the United States, but has not been assigned a diocese by the Synod.
