Petrozavodsk. August 28th. Interfax NORTHWEST – The Criminal Division of the Supreme Court on Thursday refused to Karelia to meet the applicant’s lawyer Karelian blogger Maxim Efimov and revoke the decision to initiate a criminal case against him.
