Fr. Victor Melehov’s Letter to a Parishioner on Bishop Stefan of Trenton
NFTU: We were requested by two RTOC clergy to post the following letter by Fr. Victor Melehov, Protopresbyter of the RTOC, to a parishioner in which he gives his views on the subject of Bp. Stefan of Trenton. We were told by one of the RTOC priests that Archbishop Tikhon of Omsk has blessed the letter to be shared publicly.
