Re-baptism by MP : Kiev Patriarchate says stop

Last year, the Holy Synod of the UOC-Kiev Patriarchate Filaret appealed to the MP Kirill to halt the practice of re-baptism by some of it’s representatives. Receiving no official response since then, the UP once again issues another letter of appeal against this problem. The full text can be found here :
